The powder spraying system is mainly composed of a powder spraying room, an attached filter element recovery device, and an electronic control system.
a Powder spraying chamber body
1) The side plate of the chamber body is made by bending δ1.2mm galvanized sheet.
2), the chamber body plate and the plate are welded together.
3) The inner surface of the chamber is smooth and clean, the powder is easy to clean, and the color is easy to change.
4) The catenary at the top of the chamber body passes through the opening and is provided with a shielding plate to reduce the opening area, prevent dust from spilling out, and protect the hanger.
5) The powder spraying room meets the fire safety requirements. There are two sets of lighting devices installed in the powder room, which are installed on the top of the room body and equipped with a lampshade to prevent dust pollution and ensure the brightness required for operation.
6) The bottom of the powder spraying chamber is a flat bottom structure, which makes the cleaning of the recovered powder more convenient and fast. Avoid long-term exposure of the powder to the air and affect the quality of the powder, reduce the accumulation in the powder room, and ensure safety. The combined assembled structure is convenient for transportation, has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, and conforms to the principle of mechanical engineering.
7) The design of the powder spraying room conforms to the operation principle, and the air volume and air speed of the recovery system are determined according to the size of the opening area.

chamber structure:
- The drying room is heated by electric heating, and the heating system is composed of electric heating tubes, copper bars, copper noses, and high-temperature wires.
② The drying room is assembled with rock wool composite panels, the outer panel is made of 0.5 color steel coated plate, and the inner panel is made of 0.5 galvanized plate. The thickness is 100mm. The advantage of this guard plate is that the rock wool is a special rock wool with a high density; during the production process, the rock wool is coated with viscous thermal insulation glue on both sides, and is pressed and formed once by a large-scale special equipment. The thermal cycle is smooth and the heat preservation effect is excellent.
③ The chamber body of the drying chamber is an assembled structure composed of a skeleton (groove rail) and a protective wall (guard plate). It has the advantages of good integrity, simple structure, convenient transportation and installation, and is also conducive to the future reconstruction and expansion of the equipment.
④ Temperature measurement and temperature control: The temperature control system uses temperature sensors and digital display thermometers as control components, and realizes precise automatic control of the temperature in the oven through the AC contactor control circuit.
⑤ In order to facilitate the operability of the workpiece and improve the work efficiency, the oven is opened at both ends.
From the date of equipment acceptance, the company guarantees for one year and provides spare parts for long-term after-sales service.
During the process of equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance, the company provides free technical training to the buyer's operator.
